Sew one pair of Vintage Pink Christmas oven mitts: Pattern 1 Santa and florals for one mitt and Pattern 8 candy canes and pink stripes for the other. This 43 × 18-inch panel includes four mirrored 10 × 15-inch exterior blanks and a printed instruction strip.
Finished mitts are approximately 8 × 13 inches. Use the separate full-size template. Sew with ¼-inch seams on closed edges; leave the cuff open and bind its raw edge.
Materials for one pair
Four cotton lining blanks, 10 × 15 inches.
Four Insul-Bright and four 100% cotton batting blanks, 10 × 15 inches, on both sides.
One 2½ × 14-inch cotton binding strip per mitt; optional 2 × 5-inch loop per mitt.
Cotton thread and standard sewing supplies.
