Messaging Terms & Conditions

When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from QuiltingFabricPanels. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided at signup or any other designated number.

Message frequency varies, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with QuiltingFabricPanels. QuiltingFabricPanels reserves the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number. QuiltingFabricPanels also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP." After sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, simply sign up again, and QuiltingFabricPanels will resume sending messages.

Transfer of Number Before changing your mobile number or transferring it to another individual, you agree to either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of the old number at info@QuiltingFabricPanels.com. Informing us of these changes is a condition for using this service to receive messages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our messaging program at any time. Additionally, we may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the program after any updates signifies your acceptance of those changes.

QuiltingFabricPanels is an ecommerce store that sells products. The products and services offered by QuiltingFabricPanels ("QFP" or "we") include the QuiltingFabricPanels website (the "QFP Website"), the products and materials offered for sale or purchase by QFP (“QFP Product”), and any other features, content, videos, or applications offered from time to time by QFP or in conjunction with QFP (collectively, the "QFP Services"). To be clear, we are not authorized dealers of all of the products that we sell on the QFP Website. Disclaimers. QFP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the QFP Website or in connection with the QFP Services and/or QFP Product. There is no guarantee the photos used to visualize a product on the QFP website will be an exact representation of the product you will receive. Some pages may contain links to other websites; QFP is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites. Inclusion of any linked website does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by QFP. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. You understand that QFP cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading and/or viewing on the QFP Services will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. This Agreement constitutes a written agreement for purposes of the Copyright Act, and you hereby affirmatively acknowledge the transfer of the copyright to QFP. In addition, you agree that QFP maintains irrevocable rights to control your published post(s), including the irrevocable right to exploit your posted name, screen name, and location, in any QFP advertising campaign, promotional activity

By consenting to Fabric Mega Store's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
