One panel, two gift sets
Panel: 43 inches wide x 9 inches long, including detachable sewing instructions.
Yield: eight printed fronts; four designs repeated twice.
Cut size: eight 5 x 5-inch squares, with 1/4-inch seam allowances included.
Finished size: approximately 4-1/2 inches square; sewing, batting loft and quilting affect final size.
Simple sewing and optional quilting
Layer each front with your backing and low-loft cotton batting, sew, turn, press and topstitch. Add light quilting as desired. The main method needs no separate binding. An optional bound-edge method is described in the guide.
What you supply
One cotton backing fat quarter at least 18 x 21 inches, or 1/4 yard with at least 40 inches usable width; at least 20 x 10 inches of low-loft cotton batting; thread and usual sewing tools. Backing, batting, thread and optional binding are not included. This is a fabric sewing panel, not finished coasters.
Premium Fabric - We use only 100% premium quilting cotton.
