One wall hanging, approximately 24 inches wide × 28 inches tall before adding the rod.
Pocket pieces
One background and eight strips. Each strip makes three pockets, numbered 1 through 24 in four rows of six.
On the fabric
Cutting outlines, fold marks, sewing directions and a materials list. Save the directions before trimming the panel.
To finish the calendar, supply 1 yard of backing cotton, a 29 × 33-inch piece of low-loft batting, ⅜ yard of binding cotton, matching thread and hanging hardware. Cut the hanging sleeve from the backing remainder and use a rod about 26 inches long and ½ inch in diameter.
